01.  What precautions do you have in place regarding Covid?

Following the Covid-19 outbreak, we are pleased to report that Peak Health Clinics is fully operational again.

The Clinics are now open with increased hygiene measures in place, and all three locations follow the same standards:

  • All therapists that do face to face consultations use PPE (facemasks and/or face-shields, gloves and aprons), and they thoroughly wash their hands before and after touching you as part of your consultation/treatment.
  • All re-useable equipment is fully disinfected and wiped down between clients, and we dispose of all single-use equipment immediately after use.
  • We encourage all our clients to also wear their face masks to help keep everyone safe. We are able to supply disposable facemasks if you do not have your own.
  • Alcohol-based gel sanitiser is freely available and we encourage our clients to use it as are hand washing facilities.

Please do not attend the clinic if you or anyone that you have been in contact with in the last 2 weeks has symptoms of Covid-19 or has tested positive for it and instead contact us to inform us and to rebook your appointment.

Telephone consultations and/or virtual video consultations are available for those needing to self-isolate, or those who are listed as vulnerable, or those who do not meet the current threshold for face-to-face consultations (including if you are in quarantine or are showing positive signs of Covid-19).

If you are unsure of your suitability for face-to-face consultations please contact us by phone (07725 643080 / 01733 595570) or email (info@peakhealthclinics.co.uk ).

We also have a detailed Covid-19 Clinic Policy in place that all members of our team adhere to.
